1General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the 1wim platform and all its services ("User" or "you") and the entity operating 1wim ("we", "us", or "1wim").

1wim is a secure and reliable online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. By accessing our platform or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative one. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time; for significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

2Account Registration & Management

To create an account on 1wim and use our services, you must complete the registration process. The following applies at the time of registration:

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• Each person may create only one account — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 1wim immediately.
• If any of your account details change, you must inform our support team.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 1wim reserves the right to verify users' identities. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other valid government-issued document for verification. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to use 1wim's services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Operate the account legally in your own name.
• Not create an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• Not create a new account if you have previously been banned by 1wim or any affiliated platform.

We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time. Accounts created using false information will be closed immediately and any balance or bonuses earned will be forfeited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on 1wim:

Payment Methods

Payment methods currently accepted on 1wim are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Payments via any other method are not accepted.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account is prohibited.
• 1wim reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions for review.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Funds will be sent to the payment details registered on your account.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met for winnings earned from bonuses (see Section 5 for details).

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

1wim offers bonuses and promotions for users. The following terms apply when you claim these offers:

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• Current wagering requirement: 25x (twenty-five times) the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions may not be equal across all games — details will be listed on the promotions page.

Bonus Validity

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the designated time after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise.

6Fair Play Rules

1wim is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. The outcome of every game on our platform is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and uninfluenced. We follow the policies below to ensure a fair environment for users:

• All game outcomes are determined through automated and impartial technology.
• No game result is predetermined or influenced by manipulation.
• Each round or bet is independent of the previous round.
• 1wim never alters outcomes based on a user's bet.

Users are also required to follow fair play principles. Using bots, automation software, collusion, or any other unfair means to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited while using the 1wim platform, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Unauthorized access or hacking of 1wim's systems.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or vulnerability for personal gain.

If any of the above activities are detected, 1wim also reserves the right to take legal action.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension or Closure by 1wim

1wim may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide documents required for identity verification.
• Detection of prohibited activities.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be clearly informed about any pending withdrawals and active bonuses before the account is closed. 9Limitation of Liability

1wim strives to keep its platform uninterrupted and error-free, however our liability is limited in the following cases:

• If a game is disrupted due to technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.
• If loss occurs due to errors in software from third-party game providers.
• If a transaction problem arises due to user negligence or incorrect information.
• If loss occurs due to issues with your device or internet connection.

If a technical issue causes an incorrect result or an error in a deposit or withdrawal, 1wim will review the situation and take appropriate action. Gaming is a recreational activity — 1wim is not responsible for financial losses.

10Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact 1wim's support team directly first. We aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

• After a complaint is submitted, we will review it as promptly as possible.
• In the event of a dispute, 1wim's server logs and records will be considered the definitive evidence.
• For transaction-related disputes, records from the relevant payment service provider will also be considered as evidence.
• For disputes regarding game outcomes, the RNG and game logs will be reviewed.

11Privacy Policy

1wim places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. We keep all your information secure using SSL encryption technology.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be used for the purpose of service improvement and verification.
• Information may need to be provided to authorities due to legal obligations.
